Happy New Year!

This year has been a tough one around our house. That being said though it has also brought some good. In the spring of last year we were able to make a trip to see Chef's dad in Cali for a week. While there we did a ton of family research which was very enlightening. Chef also connected with a distant cousin whom he has developed a friendship. This cousin also found a long lost portfolio that his Great-Great-grandmother, whom was a Tiffany artist, created. We went camping all over western Montana seeing sights and enjoying our time together. We bought fab new living room furniture. Had a very short visit from Chef's dad and his aunt and uncle and their daughter. My parents came for a short time. We were able to go to Seattle and watch Baseball. We planted an amazing garden and ate fresh veggies all summer. We have realized that we have some amazing friends that will be here for us no matter what. Overall looking back our personal lives have been amazing and we have grown as a couple. There have been many struggles but overall 2009 for us wasn't as bad as it was for many. We have persevered and will continue to. We welcome 2010 and the changes and adventure that it will bring!
