Future Auntie!

My brother and sister-in-law announced a few months ago that they are going to be having their first child. This will also be my first niece or nephew. Which also means it will be my parent's first grandchild. Needless to say my whole family is very excited. All my parents friends have grandchildren and all my cousins have children making this even more of a big deal. My parents probably thought that none of their children were ever going to have any children at the rate we were going. My brother is 34, I'm 33, and my sister is 31. We are old in terms not having any children at all amongst the three of us.
I had known for some time that they were trying to conceive but was sworn to say nothing till they were pregnant. My S-I-L had trouble conceiving and they actually taking a bit of a break from trying super hard (they were doing fertility treatments)when they actually got pregnant. My brother had posted on his facebook "EEP!!!" I figured this had something to do with baby making and when I replied "REALLY" and my S-I-L replied with a "REALLY" I totally knew what was up. They thus told me what was going on in a private message.
I thus nicknamed the baby EEP. EEP will forever remain my nickname for this child, boy or girl it doesn't matter. This is how I found out about the little one and this is my special connection to him or her, as far as I know I am the only one that knew what EEP meant in the post. I am very excited to have a little one to spoil. I wish I lived closer to them to be able to spoil EEP as much as possible and so the child will know me growing up. I do know there will be at least one trip yearly to see them.
